Screenprints, authenticated by Hanga House.
Screenprinting (serigraphy) forces ink through a fine mesh stencil onto paper or canvas, one colour and one screen at a time, building an image in flat, saturated layers.
The process produces hard edges and uniform fields of colour that photographic or painted originals cannot easily replicate, which is why Pop artists from Warhol to Kusama and Murakami adopted it as a primary medium. Collectors value screenprints for the boldness of the finished image and for edition sizes that are typically small and tightly documented.
