Shipping & Delivery

Specialist Art Shipping
Every work purchased through Hanga House is shipped by specialist art couriers experienced in handling fine art prints and editions. We do not use standard postal services. All works are professionally packaged using acid-free materials, custom crates or portfolios, and climate-appropriate protection.
Full Transit Insurance
All shipments include full transit insurance covering the agreed sale value of the work. Insurance is included in the sale price — there are no additional charges. Coverage begins from the moment the work leaves our facility and continues until delivery is confirmed at the buyer’s address.
Delivery Timeframes
Domestic (United States): 3–7 business days. United Kingdom & Europe: 5–10 business days. Asia Pacific (Japan, Hong Kong, Australia): 5–10 business days. Rest of world: 7–14 business days. Timeframes begin from the date of shipment, which is typically 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Tracking information is provided for all shipments.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges levied by their country. We provide accurate customs documentation including commercial invoices and, where required, certificates of authenticity for customs clearance purposes. We can advise on typical duty rates for your country on request.
Documentation
Every shipment includes: the original certificate of authenticity (where available), a Hanga House condition report, provenance documentation, and a certificate of authentication from our team. All documentation transfers to the buyer upon delivery.
